Kim Ha-neul, born February 21, 1978, is a South Korean actress.
Kim studied cinema in Seoul Institute of Arts. She made her debut in 1998 in Bye June directed by Choi Ho alongside Yoo Ji-tae. Later the duo would also star together in the Sci fi romance film Ditto (2000). Kim also starred in SBS television series such as Happy Together (1999) and Piano (2001).
She was considered as the Queen of romantic-comedies because she starred in hit movies including My Tutor Friend (2003) and My Girlfriend Is An Agent (2009).
In 2011 she won Best Actress at the 48th Grand Bell Awards and Blue Dragon awards for her performance as a blind female cop in Blind.
In 2012, Kim returned to the small screen as Seo Yi-soo, a high school ethics teacher, in the SBS weekend drama A Gentleman's Dignity with Jang Dong-gun, Kim Min-jong, Kim Soo-ro and Lee Jong-hyuk.
